By downloading, installing, or using Arksio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Arksio is a document expiry tracking application that helps you manage renewal dates for personal and family documents. The app stores data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Arksio is not a document storage service, legal service, or government service.
You must create an account to use Arksio. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree to use Arksio only for lawful personal purposes. You may not use the app to store fraudulent documents, impersonate others, or engage in any illegal activity. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Your document data, photos, and files are stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Arksio does not have access to this data. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your information.
Arksio offers Premium subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Arksio provides renewal reminders and AI-powered renewal guides as a convenience only. This information is for reference purposes and may not be accurate or current. You are solely responsible for verifying renewal requirements with the relevant government authorities and for renewing your documents on time. Arksio is not liable for missed renewals, denied entries, or any consequences resulting from expired documents.
The AI-powered renewal guide feature provides general information based on publicly available data. This information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. It does not constitute legal advice. Always verify requirements directly with the issuing authority before starting any renewal process.
Arksio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that renewal information will be accurate or current. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garmor Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed document renewals, travel disruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garmor Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Arksio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Garmor Ventures LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease. Since data is stored locally, your data will remain on your device until you delete the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you through the app of material changes. Continued use of Arksio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
